Jinwook Jung

During the annual Gaudeamus Festival (6-10 September 2023) composers are invited for a residency period which includes an Academy week during which composers and musicians get together to work on sketches for new compositions and have meetings and discussions with elder composers, and the immediately following period of the festival at which their works are programmed.

In 2023, composers Eden Lonsdale and Jinwook Jung join the Academy as part of their ULYSSES Journeys. Eden will work with the Oerknal Ensemble, and Jinwook with Slagwerk Den Haag.
